Mr Vaz off to conference
Confirmation from the constituency office that Mr Keith is off to conference brings a smile. Leicester East will be glued to the television all next week eagerly hoping to catch a glimpse of our dear representative.
What will Mr Vaz be up to? Will he continue to snort derisively about the Impeach Blair movement continuing to gain momentum?

Watching the Lib Dem conference has been exciting enough even without that possible thrill. Sarah Teather, also proxy-blogged, was quite high profile in the BBC commentary.
Leicester South's Parmjit Singh Gill (still without significant web presence) was given a shout out in Charles Kennedy's speech and was first up on the platform to congratulate a shiny Kennedy and wave to delegates.
