Vaz news and other news
Keith Vaz has been campaigning for Hamilton, to bring back the bus route, which was going to be brought back anyway, but never mind. The article from the Mercury also outlines some of the plans for the Hamilton district centre.
Mr Vaz said: "I'm delighted because here we have a very big estate that is growing all the time and residents were suffering because of the lack of transport facilities.
"This is a huge step forward in reconnecting Hamilton with the rest of the city. We will continue to press for other services in the estate."
Vaz also gets a mention in a report on a London gaming show over the Manhunt issue.
Elsewhere: been trying to get surgery dates, but Vaz office is always very quiet. Also, been drafting my letter to our friendly local MP about the impeachment issue, which I will post here when I send. There are new proxy blogs up in the side bar. Have a good day.
